Prices are per room including half board and Wedelhütte "more enjoyment", including the use of wellness area.
Winterstay
You can reach the Wedelhütte only with skies (until 4 p.m.). You will need a skicard which is not included and available at the valley station Hochzillertal in Kaltenbach or online.
Reservation
Reservations are only valid upon receipt of a valid reservation confirmation and may be subject to change.
Early Departure or Cancellation
In the event of a no-show, early departure, or cancellation of the reservation, the Austrian Hotel Contract Provisions or the cancellation terms listed in the booking confirmation apply.
Unless otherwise stated, the following cancellation policy applies:
Up to 3 months before arrival—no charge
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival—40% of the total cost of the trip.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival—70% of the trip price.
Within the last week before arrival—90% of the trip price;
in case of early departure—100% of the trip price
Travel and Cancellation Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance. You can purchase this directly online here through ERV
If a preliminary reservation or booking is repeatedly postponed over a longer period of time or across multiple seasons, or if the preliminary reservation ultimately does not go through, a one-time processing fee of €80 will be charged.
