With only 12 seats, you can dine in our gourmet lounge in complete exclusivity. From house-marinated salmon to local alpine ox, we are also happy to serve you a house-aged dry-aged steak, which has also been briefly cooked on the Josper charcoal grill. We will surprise you with delicious classics in sophisticated combinations and international culinary delights – but above all with meat that literally melts in your mouth.
